Privacy Policy

pHydrogen, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 1 (Personal Information)

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party.

    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession due to merger or other reasons
    3. Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  3. When the Company makes corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to make corrections, etc., it shall promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. When the Company is requested by a person to suspend use or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") personal information on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company shall promptly conduct necessary investigations.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall promptly suspend use, etc. of the personal information.
  3. When the Company suspends use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to suspend use, etc., it shall promptly notify the user.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. requires a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to perform, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of users can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

  1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters separately prescribed by laws and regulations or this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise determined by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
